The Linn-Mar boys basketball team suffered a deflating loss on Tuesday at the hands of the Prairie Hawks. The Lions' metro rival sunk a clutch shot to snatch the conference victory 45-44.
John Steffen and Dylan Decklever each had 14 points for the Lions while Brady Klahn had 13 points of his own. Outside of those three, Linn-Mar mustered just three points of offense. It was a difficult shooting night in every aspect for the previously unbeaten Lions.
The loss dropped Linn-Mar to 2-1 overall.
