Local Culligan Man receives highest honor for water expertise

What began as a job delivering bags of salt and bottles of water in his early 20's, has turned into a flourishing Culligan territory representative career.

For his hard work and expertise, Culligan of Marion territory manager Joshua Rodriguez was inducted into the Culligan Hall of Fame March 21, the highest award given, during the 2019 annual Culligan Dealers North America convention in San Diego by Culligan International.

Rodriguez was one of six chosen from more than 900 Culligan representatives to be honored.

"I really do love the company I work for and feel me getting this award from Culligan is just as much a testament to the company being a great place to work for 22 years as it is for me to achieve recognition," Rodriguez said.

Representative Of The Year in 2006 and 2007.

Rodriguez attributes his success as a Culligan Water representative to having extensive knowledge of the Culligan product and by providing exceptional service to customers in the local area. He said he has always loved his career, as it allows him to continually meet new people and help them choose the best water treatment for their home.

"The Culligan Company nationally produces great products, which makes it easy to represent them, and they always have great ongoing training and support for their dealers and representatives. Also, the locally owned Culligan in Marion has many great people to work with on a daily basis, and I'm very proud to be part of this local dealership," he said.
